Overview

Tibo helps you use AI safely at work by finding senstive informatin in your interaction with AI and assisting you resolve any risks that could lead to data breach. It protects your organization and the people it serves, such as customers, patients, or clients, against having their data compromised by a breach. Tibo makes it secure for you to do your work with AI.

Tibo's job is to sit quietly in the background and only notify you if we find something in your prompts like:

• A customer PII

When we have a security recommendation for you, we’ll share it in short, easy-to-understand notification in your browser. Whenever we can, we make it easy for you to take action on our recommendations in one click.

Tibo also helps your security team understand AI usage across your organization by keeping an inventory of what AI apps people access at work. Tibo also checks for risky or untrustworthy apps in use so your security team can take action to remove them.

How does Tibo works?

Tibo uses a browser extension to observe employee access AI apps. If Tibo finds an issue with pontential confidential data, we flag them for you. If your administrator has configured Tibo to work directly with employees, the Tibo browser extension will also guide you to resolve the issue.

Tibo also integrates with your company’s primary work platform, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to inventory AI usage.

This inventroy includes:

• Find AI apps used across the company.

• Collect all app access, who, when, which app.

• Log risky user interaction (prompts, attachments) with these apps.

The sole reason Tibo exists is to improve security, so protecting your data is a top priority. We make considerable efforts to secure your personal information and we aim for full transparency on how we gather and use your information within our service.

How to set up Tibo

Setup is simple. Your security or IT administrator will either install Tibo's browser extension automatically for you, or send you an invitation link for you to join Tibo.
