Select organization

First of all, you need to login using the Tibo extention, by clicking the extention icon. A login page will open:

Then, select the organization you want to use:

In Tibo, one account may belong to more than one organizations. This allows you to setup one organization to try Tibo, and roll out the entire company to another organization from scratch. If your account is associated with multiple organizations, please select one to use upon login. All your account activity during this login session will be logged in the organization you choose.

You are all set! Now, let's give it a try.

Send prompts

For most time, Tibo browser extension just sits quietly in the background. It only notifies you if it finds something in your prompts like:

• An easily guessable or shared password on apps you use for work.

• A password you use that’s been exposed in a data breach.

• A mail forwarding rule that sends company information to an external email address, which can be an indicator that your work account has been compromised by an attacker.

• Missing multi-factor authentication protection (MFA) from an important work account like Microsoft 365 or Google.

When thre is a security recommendation for you, a popup will show a clear, easy-to-understand messages directly in your browser.

Let's open ChatGPT. You will notice a Tibo logo at the dialog. Enter the following content:

Immediately, the Tibo logo will turn to a red flag indicating that the content contains some sensitive information:

In such case, when you try to submit the prompt, Tibo will popup to ask you to solve the risks before sending out the data.

In the Tibo window, all risks are highlighted. You can either redact them, or edit the content to solve the issues. When all risks get neturalized, Tibo will give a greenlight to submit the prompt.

Work with files

Tibo monitors not only text prompts, but also the attached files. When you uploa a file, Tibo intercept sthe upload process, making sure no data leave the secure zone before it is properly checked. We will cache the file in your browser, scan it. If any sensitive data is found, we will flag it for your attention:

You can click the Redact button. A new window opens:

This window displays all sensitive data we found in the file, and their classication to help you understand the risk level. You may choose to which oens to redact, and which one to ignore. Tibo will generate a permannant, inreversible redaction on the content you picked.

When you're ready, click Proceed, Tibo will upload the redacted version to the AI app.
