Overview
Tibo enables secure AI access for your organization by detecting and preventing potential data breach in the user prompts using a virtual agent deployed as an extension to employee browsers.
This enables you to:

How does it work?
Browser Extension: Tibo is deployed as a browser extension using an MDM, Google Admin console, Microsoft Group Policy, or manual enrollment. This agent observes employee access to both sanctioned and unsanctioned AI apps. Tibo is able to provide an accurate accounting of all AI apps in your organization, including non-SSO or unmanaged accounts and shadow apps.
Data Security Model: Tibo uses a purposely-built LLM model (running in the Tibo browser extension) to comprehend the user interaction/prompts with AI apps, then actively scan for sensitive informtaion, which could potentially lead to data breaches.
Employee Redaction Tool: Tibo prrovides a built-in redaction tool in its browser extension to help employees solve any potential issue when a confidential data is found. The tool supports text-based prompts, as well as attached files, such as PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Admin Dashboard: Administrators can configure and manage the Tibo platform through an admin dashboard, which provides a overview for reporting, as well as detailed data tables for all AI apps, employees, and their associated security alerts.
API / webhooks: Integrate Tibo's security insights and browser telemetry into your existing tools such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, compliance, automation, and spend management platforms using the Tibo REST API and webhooks.

Tibo is free to use for up to 10 employees. You can sign up at tibo.ai to get full access to every feature, or request a demo first.
You can buy additional license on a monthly or annual basis. Note that administrators have full control over which employees are licensed in Tibo. When you import basic employee details into Tibo as part of integrating with your work platform, you can explicitly assign licenses to individuals. Employees without a license are not counted for billing purposes.
